Our client Mouthful Duck wanted to move away from Menulog as their ordering solutions provider on their website and also wanted their own booking system. We created the Ordering Solutions powered by Cloudcapsule and m360. Their customers can now book tables or order their food through Mouthful Duck website. They can receive order notification if they download the Mouthful Duck mobile app. Mouthful Duck manages all orders/bookings through an m360 merchant app which allows them to update status, receive notification when an order/booking comes in and allow loyalty earning and redemption.
